Through a partnership with Child Care Aware of Missouri, the Caring Council helps to support and connect childcare providers across the Southeast Missouri Region.

Our primary work with Child Care Aware of Missouri includes:

​

  • providing technical assistance to existing child care providers

​

  • research and promote family resources, parenting education, and engagement opportunities within our community

​

  • advocate to increase child care capacity for working families

​

  • promote and support child care program start-up and expansion

​

  • promote quality improvement efforts by sharing information about training and scholarship opportunities, including the CDA Scholarship Project and T.E.A.C.H. Missouri Scholarship Program
